Route to
- From the car park continue straight ahead down the tarmac path until you reach a crossroad. The café is on the left.
- The route to the area is step-free via a steep ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, tarmac, concrete and gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
Entrance (Main)
- The entrance surveyed is located at the front of the café.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There is a single automatic door which opens towards you.
- The door is activated by a push pad which is not at a suitable height for seated users (between 75cm - 100cm).
- The width of the opening is 90cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the entrance with a height of less than 1.5cm.
Entrance (Right Side Entrance)
- The entrance surveyed is located on the right side of the cafe.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance.
- The slight ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is a single manual door which opens towards you.
- The width of the opening is 83cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the entrance with a height of less than 1.5cm.
Entrance (Left Side Entrance)
- The entrance surveyed is located on the left side of the cafe.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.

Eating and Drinking
- This is a café which serves hot and cold meals and snacks.
- There is full table service and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Staff can provide assistance and offer service to tables.
- Menu types include: handheld menus and written wall menus.
- Menus are easy to read (large clear font with contrasting colours).
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
- There is no (or very little) background noise here.
- There is a clearly signed hearing assistance system.

- The door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 78cm.
- The door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 210cm x 225cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the seat.
