Parking
- This site has a car park.
- The vehicle route from the main road to the car park includes: uneven surfaces.
- This is an open air car park with a tarmac, grass and compacted gravel surface.
- Parking is free for all users.

- There are more than 20 Blue Badge parking bays.
- The dimensions of the designated Blue Badge parking bay(s) surveyed are 230cm x 570cm.
- There is a hatched zone on both sides and to the rear.
- The nearest Blue Badge bay is 20m from the visitor reception entrance.
- Obstacles from the car park include: bollards with low colour contrast and a visual identification band.
- There are not parent and child parking bays available.

Route to (Visitor Reception)
- From the Blue Badge spaces the visitor centre is straight ahead to the right, along a footpath with bollards on the approach.
From the main car park procced along the footpath and the visitor reception in on the right. - The route to the area is step-free level.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac and gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: manual wheelchairs. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.
- Sensory packs can be borrowed which include: ear defenders, fidget toys and communication cards.

Visitor Reception
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- The door is automatic, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.

- The counter has a clearly signed hearing assistance system.
