Public Transport
- There is not a bus stop within approximately 150m of the property.
- There is a bus stop outside St John the Baptist Church, approximately 200m to the north of the property main entrance, on Small Hythe Road. Buses stop on both sides of the road, and provide a direct service to Tenterden and Rye.
- The nearest train station is Appledore.
- The station is approximately 8.5 miles away.

Parking

Route to (House - From Lay-By Parking)
- From the lay-by, head north along Peening Quarter Road and Small Hythe Road.
The entrance to the house and gate to access the garden is on the right. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac, gravel and bonded gravel.
- The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
Route to (House - From Church Car Park)
- Follow the path through the orchard and down past the pond for 200m.
Turn right along the side of the house and then turn left to reach the entrance at the front of the house. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, gravel, muddy, cobbles, paving stones and bonded gravel.
- The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: a manual wheelchair. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.

- Powered mobility vehicles cannot be borrowed or hired.
Entrance
- The entrance surveyed is located at the front of the house, off Small Hythe Road.
