Route to (The Plant Centre)
- With the visitor reception on your right, head to the crossroads.
Turn right at these crossroads and the entrance to the plant centre is approximately 80 metres on your left. - The route to the area is step-free level.

- There is an accessible shuttle which can take visitors to this area.
Shop
- There is step-free level access into the shop.
- The door is manual, permanently held open and has a medium colour contrast with the surrounding walls.

- There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of less than 1.5cm.
- The majority of aisle widths are over 150cm.
- All flooring in the shop is smooth and even.
- There is step-free level access around the shop.
- There is background noise here.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 94cm.
- There is a low level counter at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The counter has a clearly signed hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system was tested and working at the time of the survey.
- Services/facilities available in the shop include: a portable card machine for payment and a member of staff to provide assistance.

Toilet with Adaptations (Plant Shop, Right Hand Transfer)
- This toilet is located next to the plant shop, near the visitor reception.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- This toilet is approximately 7m from the plant shop entrance.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the door.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 92cm.
- The door has a locking handle (with a RADAR key to access).
- Internally the door has a high colour contrast.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 234cm x 160cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the seat.
- The lateral transfer space is 96cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- There is a lever flush on the non transfer side.
- The following grab rails are available: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side, a vertical grab rail on the transfer side and vertical grab rails on both sides of the wash basin.

- The height of the baby change table is 92cm.
- The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
- There is no seating available in the room.
- Waste bins include: a nappy bin.
