Route to (the Stables)

  • Exit the visitor reception and turn right.
    Follow the path towards central hall.
    Take the second path on the right and follow it to the rear of the stables.
  • The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
  • Path surfaces along the route are gravel, grass and paving stones.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

Entrance (Rear)

  • The entrance surveyed is located at the rear of the stables.
  • There is step-free level access at the entrance.
  • There is a single manual door which is permanently open.
  • The width of the opening is 95cm.
  • There is a second manual door which is permanently open.
  • The width of the opening is 110cm.

Entrance (Front)

  • The entrance surveyed is located on the left of central hall.
  • There is step-free level access at the entrance.
  • There is a single manual door which is permanently open.
  • The width of the opening is 90cm.
  • There is a second manual door which is permanently open.

Attraction / Exhibit

  • The door has a lever twist lock.
  • The dimensions of the cubicle are 142cm x 278cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
  • There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the seat but it is obstructed.
  • The lateral transfer space is 77cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
  • There is a wall sensor flush on the non transfer side.
