Visitor Reception
- Access into the area is via a step and a steep ramp/slope.
- The slope is over 150cm wide.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- The door is manual, permanently held open and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 133cm.
- Internally the door has a low colour contrast.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is no room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) within the majority of the area.
- The flooring is not smooth and even.
- Where the flooring is not smooth or even, this is due to uneven floorboards.
- There are stools available in the visitor reception.
- Services/facilities available include: a portable card machine for payment and a member of staff to provide assistance.

- There is a sign for a hearing assistance system, however, this could not be found at the time of survey (February 2024).
Visitors do not need to enter the hut, staff will come out to deal with enquiries and payments.
