Equipment and Resources to Borrow

Route to (Adventure Playground - West Woodland Trail)
- From the Visitor Reception, proceed along the pathway and turn right into the circular garden.
Cross the circular garden, keeping the stables courtyard on your right.
Take the pathway through the hedge and turn right.
Follow the path and go through the gate onto the Woodland Walk.
Take the first pathway to the right and follow the path, which has slight slopes along the way.
The adventure playground is on the right. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, tarmac, gravel and muddy.
- The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Outdoor Spaces
- This information is for the access point located on the west side of the stables courtyard.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- There is a gate at the surveyed access point which opens away from you (push).
- The gate is not self-closing.
- The gate has a latch lock.
- The width of the gap is 100cm.
- The following outdoor facilities are available: a playground with play equipment, a grassed play area, parkland and woodland.
- The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: wood bark and compact earth.
