Route to (Japanese Tea Garden)

  • From the Visitor Reception, proceed along the pathway and turn right at the circular garden.
    Keeping the courtyard on the right and the laundry on the left, cross the circular garden and through the gap in the hedge.
    Turn left onto the pathway, keeping the house on the left.
    At the end of the pathway, turn right onto the gravel pathway and through the grounds.
    Continue on the pathway which has slight slopes, the Japanese Tea Garden is on the right.
  • The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
  • Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, tarmac, gravel and muddy.
  • The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
