Route to (the Coach House)
- From the Visitor Reception exit, turn right and follow the path.
Continue ahead and the entrance to the Coach House is on the left. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope and is step-free via a very steep ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac, gravel, cobbles and bonded gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is a shuttle which can take visitors to this area, but wheelchair users will need to transfer into it.
Shop (Ground Floor - Second Hand Bookshop)
- Access into the shop is via a slight ramp/slope.
- The slope is over 150cm wide.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 126cm.
- Internally the door has a medium colour contrast.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of less than 1.5cm.
- The majority of aisle widths are over 150cm.
- Some flooring in the shop is smooth and even.
- Where the flooring is not smooth or even, this is due to carpet.
- There is step-free level access around the shop.
- There is no (or very little) background noise here.
- Lighting levels are varied.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 93cm.
- There is not a low level counter at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.

Toilet with Adaptations (Coach House - Ambulant - Left Hand Transfer)
- This toilet is located to the right of the Coach House shop entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- This toilet is approximately 8m from the shop entrance.
- There is pictorial and written text signage on or near the door.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 84cm.
- The door has a sliding bolt lock.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of less than 1.5cm.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 149cm x 220cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the seat.
