Admissions
- At this location the following are free to access for all visitors: the car park.
- At this location the following areas are free to access for National Trust members but payable for everyone else: all areas.

Public Transport
- There is a bus stop within approximately 150m of the site.
- Greys Court bus stop is just outside the gates to the site, however the driveway gates are approximately 200m from Visitor Reception.
- The nearest train station is Henley-on-Thames.
- Henley-on-Thames Station is approximately 2.8 miles from Greys Court with occasional buses to Greys Court bus stop.

Parking
- This site has a car park.
- This is an open air car park with a grass, loose chippings and compacted gravel surface.
- Parking is free for all users.
- Maps and information boards are not available.
- There are 6 Blue Badge parking bays.
- The nearest Blue Badge bay is 60m from the visitor reception.
- Obstacles from the car park include: a lack of pedestrian walkways to cross the car park, slopes/ramps, loose chippings and uneven surfaces.
- There are not parent and child parking bays available.
- There is a designated drop-off point which is flush to the footpath.
Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: manual wheelchairs. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.
- Sensory packs can be borrowed which include: ear defenders, fidget toys, magnifying glass, torch and accessible maps.
- You can borrow these from visitor reception. View more information about booking and collection of equipment.
- Powered mobility vehicles cannot be borrowed or hired.
Visitor Reception (Tickets and Information)
- Access into the area is via a step and a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is under 75cm wide, with no handrails.
- Please contact visitor reception staff for use of the portable ramp.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 76cm.
- Internally the door has a high colour contrast.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of more than 1.5cm.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The majority of aisle widths are under 150cm.
- There is room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) within the majority of the area.
- All flooring is smooth and even.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 95cm.
- There is not a low level section at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The counter has a clearly signed hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system was tested and working at the time of the survey.
- There are tables and chairs without armrests available in the visitor reception.

- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
- The staff at visitor reception will assist those with mobility needs in a flexible way.
It would help if advance notice is given of those needs. Flexibility is possible in terms of drop-off and the use of the shuttle.
