Route to (The Music Room)

  • From the visitor trailer reception go straight ahead down the slope.
    Continue to the right of the first building, going between a set of buildings.
    Take the path to the right of the courtyard.
    The Music Room is on the right.
  • The route to the area is step-free via a steep ramp/slope.
  • Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, gravel, muddy, cobbles and paving stones.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

Event Space

  • Access into the activity area is via a slight ramp/slope.
  • The slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
  • The door is manual, permanently held open and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
  • The width of the door opening is 198cm.
  • Internally the door has a low colour contrast.
  • There is step-free level access around the space.
  • All flooring in the area is smooth and even.
  • Some of the flooring has a very shiny finish, which could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
  • Lighting levels are varied.
  • The layout of this space, and available furniture, varies depending on the event taking place.
  • The space does not have a hearing assistance system.
  • There is a second manual door at the entrance, which is permanently held open with a width of 80cm.
