Public Transport
- There is not a bus stop within approximately 150m of the site.
- Dudmaston Hall Bus stop is just outside the gates to the site, however, the driveway gates are approximately 375 metres from visitor reception.
- The nearest train station is Kidderminster.
- Kidderminster Station is approximately 10 miles away.

Parking
- This site has a car park.
- The vehicle route from the main road to the car park includes: speed bumps.
- This is an open air car park with a tarmac, grass, loose chippings and compacted earth surface.
- Parking is free for all users.
- Maps and information boards are available.
- There are more than 10 Blue Badge parking bays.
- Obstacles from the car park include: uneven surfaces, loose chippings, grass, a road crossing and a lack of pedestrian walkways to cross the car park.
- There are not parent and child parking bays available.
- There is not a designated drop-off point.
Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: a manual wheelchair. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.
- Sensory packs can be borrowed which include: ear defenders, fidget toys, magnifying glass, activity sheets and communication cards.

Visitor Reception
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- The door is manual, permanently held open and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 110cm.
- Internally the door has a low colour contrast.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of more than 1.5cm.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The majority of aisle widths are over 150cm.
- There is room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) throughout the area.
- Some of the flooring is smooth and even.
- Where the flooring is not smooth or even, this is due to carpet.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 91cm.
- There is not a low level section at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The counter has windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors which could adversely affect the ability of someone to lip read.

- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.

- The dimensions of the facility are 502cm x 262cm.
- The ceiling height is at a minimum height of 2.4m and there is a clear 200cm x 180cm manoeuvring space in the facility.

Toilet Details

- There are lateral transfer spaces on both sides of the seat.
- The transfer space on the right as you face the toilet is 100cm.
- The transfer space on the left as you face the toilet is 110cm.
- The following grab rails are available: a horizontal grab rail on the door, vertical grab rails on both sides of the toilet and vertical grab rails on both sides of the wash basin.
- There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the seat.
- The following have a high colour contrast with their surroundings: some grab rails, the toilet seat and all dropdown rails.
