Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: a manual wheelchair and cycles. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.

Route to (The Chapel Ruins)
- From the visitor reception follow the pathway around to the right and walk ahead towards the manor house.
Pass the second-hand bookshop on the left.
Continue ahead pass the walled courtyard and the chapel ruins is located ahead to the right. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, tarmac, gravel and muddy.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Entrance
- The entrance surveyed is located to the side of the ruins.
- There is step-free access via slope at the entrance.
- The slight slope is over 150cm wide.
- There is an opening without doors .
- The width of the opening is 97cm.
Attraction / Exhibit
- The majority of walkway widths are over 180cm.
- The exhibits do not have hearing assistance systems.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There are no seats available in the area.
- Flooring in the area is not smooth and even.
