From visitor reception, pass through the open gateway to the left.
Follow the path down and take the first path on the right.
Go around the right side of the house and follow the path ahead out of the gardens.
The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
Path surfaces along the route are tarmac and paving stones.
The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

This information is for the access point located at the end of the gardens, to the right of the house.

Go round the mill pond and continue along the bare earth path.
Follow signs over the bridge and stile and cross the fields.
The path joins the A265 and returns along Bateman's Lane to the car park.
The walk is not open 24 hours.
None of the paths are lit at night.
The route includes the following surfaces: tarmac, grass and compacted gravel.
Some of the route contains steep gradients and very uneven surfaces.
These are found in the following areas: forest paths and in Bateman's Lane.
There are no alternative routes to avoid these areas.

Seating is not available on the route.
There are no toilet facilities along the route.
