Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: manual wheelchairs and a mountain trike. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.
- Sensory packs can be borrowed which include: ear defenders, fidget toys and sunglasses.

- You can borrow or hire the following mobility vehicles: mobility scooters. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.

Route to (Circular Walk, Long Explorer Walk and Woodland Play)
- Follow the path from the Visitor Centre towards the House.
Along the path, turn left and follow the signs to the Circular Walk.
Continue along the Circular Walk to reach the Long Explorer Walk and Woodland Play. - The route to the area is step-free level.
- Path surfaces along the route are compact earth, muddy and bonded gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Outdoor Spaces (Circular Walk, Lawns and Meadows)
- This information is for the access point located off the path to the House.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- There is open access at the surveyed access point.
- The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: loose chippings, grass and bonded gravel.
- Footpaths are available in all of the outdoor spaces.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There are bench seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
Outdoor Spaces (Long Explorers Route and Woodland Play)
- This information is for the access point located at the rear of the Circular Walk.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- There is open access at the surveyed access point.

- The outdoor facilities also include: den building and a wildlife hide.
- The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: wood bark and compact earth.

- Some of the paths around the woodland have slight slopes.
