  • This is an open air car park with a tarmac, compacted gravel and compacted earth surface.
  • Parking is free for all users.

  • The dimensions of the designated Blue Badge parking bay(s) surveyed are 285cm x 520cm.
  • There is no hatched zone.
  • The nearest Blue Badge bay is 10m from the Ticket Kiosk entrance.

  • There are not parent and child parking bays available.
  • There is a designated drop-off point which is flush to the footpath.

    Although a booking is not required, it is recommended that mobility equipment is reserved in advance.

Route to (Standard Parking To Ticket Kiosk)

  • The path runs from the top of the main car park, parallel to the access road which is on the right. It is a straight path towards the Ticket Kiosk and property entrance.
  • The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
  • Path surfaces along the route are gravel.
  • The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

Visitor Reception (Ticket Kiosk)

  • Access into the area is via slight ramps/slopes.
  • The slope is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
  • There is step-free level access around some of the area.
  • There is room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) within the majority of the area.
  • The flooring is not smooth and even.
  • Where the flooring is not smooth or even, this is due to gravel and loose chippings.
  • There is step-free access via slope to the counter.
  • The height of the counter is 77cm.
  • There is not a low level section at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
  • The counter has a clearly signed hearing assistance system.
  • The hearing assistance system was tested and working at the time of the survey.
  • There are tables available in the visitor reception.
  • The following furniture is permanently fixed: all of the tables.
