Visitor Reception

Toilet with Adaptations (Visitor Reception - Female - Ambulant - Left Hand Transfer)
- This toilet is located at the rear left of the visitor reception building.
- Access into the toilet is via a slight ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- This toilet is approximately 3m from the accessible entrance.
- There is no signage on or near the door.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 87cm.
- The door has a sliding bolt lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 186cm x 220cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the seat but it is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space is 111cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.

Outdoor Spaces
- This information is for the access point located at the rear of the visitor reception building.
- Access into the area is via slight ramps/slopes.
- The slope is between 75cm and 150cm wide.
- There is open access at the surveyed access point.
- The following outdoor facilities are available: woodland and gardens.
- The outdoor facilities also include: temples, a giant chess board and stepping stone logs.
- The outdoor spaces include the following surfaces: loose chippings, grass, block paving, gravel and compact earth.
- Footpaths are available in some of the outdoor space.
- The majority of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There are slight ramps/slopes without handrails and more than 3 steps without handrails in the main areas.
- The slopes run throughout the woodland paths and throughout the site.
The steps can be found at the front and side of the Ionic Temple, and at the front of the Tuscan Temple. - There are bench seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
- The Ionic Temple is located at the reception end of the Terrace.
The Ionic Temple may sometimes be open to visitors.
The Tuscan Temple is located at the far end of the Terrace.
