Hikes and Trails

  • The trail is approximately 2 miles long.
  • Exit the main car park and turn left onto the road.
    Take the right turn up a steep sloped lane.
    After approximately 300 metres take the left turn onto the track.
    Follow the track until you reach Cloud Farm Campsite then turn around and re-trace your steps back to the car park.
  • The trail is open 24 hours.
  • None of the paths are lit at night.
  • The route includes the following surfaces: loose chippings, grass, gravel and compacted gravel.
  • Some of the route contains steep gradients and very uneven surfaces.
  • These are found in the following areas: the lane off the main road.
  • There are no alternative routes to avoid these areas.
  • The route is not clearly signposted.
  • Seating is not available on the route.
  • There are no toilet facilities along the route.
