- From the car park head towards the main car park entrance and the Welcome Information Centre is on the left.

Entrance (Windpump)
- The entrance surveyed is located at the base of the Windpump.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There are double manual doors which are permanently open.
- The width of the opening is 108cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the entrance with a height of more than 1.5cm.
Attraction / Exhibit (Windpump)
- The majority of walkway widths are under 120cm.
- There is no (or very little) background noise here.
- The exhibits do not have hearing assistance systems.
- There is no step-free level access around the area.
- Levels 1, 2 and 3 and the outside viewing platform on level 4 require the use of steps.

Toilet with Adaptations
- This toilet is located opposite the car park.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- This toilet is approximately 26m from the car park.
- There is pictorial and written text signage on or near the door.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 83cm.
- The door has a locking handle.
- Internally the door has a high colour contrast.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 188cm x 170cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
