Exit (from Kitchen to Shared Alleyway)
- The exit is located at the far end of the kitchen.
- There is not step-free access at the exit.
- There is a single manual door which opens towards you.
- The width of the opening is 91cm.
- The exit opening does not have a minimum height of 200cm.
- The exit opening height is 188cm.
- There is 1 step beyond the exit, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
Outdoor Seating Areas (Front)
- The following outdoor areas are available: garden.
- Access to the outdoor seating area is via a slight ramp/slope.
- The slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The majority of pathway widths are between 120cm and 180cm.
- The surface of the outdoor seating area includes an uneven hard surface, a natural surface and loose chippings.
- Facilities in this area include: a table, seats with armrests and bench seating.
- There is a seat at a suitable height for a wheelchair user to transfer.
- The surface height of the table is 72cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the tables is 70cm.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre within the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
Outdoor Seating Areas (Rear)
