Outdoor Seating Areas (Front Garden)

The following outdoor areas are available: garden and patio.
Access to the outdoor seating area is via steps.
There are 2 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
The majority of pathway widths are between 120cm and 180cm.
The surface of the outdoor seating area includes a natural surface and loose chippings.
Seating is available in the garden and on the patio.
Facilities in this area include: a table, a patio table and bench seating.
There is a seat at a suitable height for a wheelchair user to transfer.
The surface height of the table is 76cm.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the tables is 72cm.
There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre within the seating area (150cm x 150cm).

The exit is located on the ground floor, opposite the kitchen.
There is not step-free access at the exit.
There are 8 steps, which are unmarked, with a handrail on the left going down.
The handrail covers all steps.
Some of the steps are not at the recommended height (between 15cm - 18cm).
This exit has a key hole and a key safe.
Features not positioned at a suitable height for a wheelchair user are: the key hole and the key safe.
There is a single manual door which opens towards you.
The width of the opening is 95cm.
The exit opening does not have a minimum height of 200cm.
The exit opening height is 197cm.
There is a small lip on the threshold of the exit with a height of less than 1.5cm.
