• Access to the outdoor seating area is via a slight ramp/slope.
• The slope is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
• For the most accessible route, exit the property via the entrance door, follow the path and turn left.
• The majority of pathway widths are under 120cm.
• The surface of the outdoor seating area includes an uneven hard surface.
• Facilities in this area include: a picnic table with fixed seating and bench seating.
• There is a seat at a suitable height for a wheelchair user to transfer.
• The surface height of the table is 76cm.
• The distance between the floor and the underside of the tables is 70cm.
• There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre within the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
