Summary

The most accessible entrance has step-free level access and a door permanently held open.
This entrance is located to the left as you enter the courtyard.

The tea room is located straight ahead after admissions, then left into the main courtyard, then on the left.
The route to the area is step-free level.
Path surfaces along the route are gravel and paving stones.
The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

This is a tea room which serves hot and cold meals and snacks.
There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
Staff can provide assistance and offer service to tables.
Menu types include: written wall menus.
Menus are easy to read (large clear font with contrasting colours).
The following are available here: drinking straws, takeaway cups, two handled cups, takeaway cutlery, a portable card machine for payment, large-handled mugs and large-handled cutlery.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.

Where the flooring is not smooth or even, this is due to gravel.

The door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.

Internally the door has a high colour contrast.
There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of less than 1.5cm.
The gender neutral toilet was surveyed.
There is an ambulant cubicle available with a horizontal grab rail on the right and a vertical grab rail on the left.
The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.
There are hand dryers.
