Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: a manual wheelchair. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.

- The chapel has a stair climber to overcome the steps to the entrance.
Route to (The Orangery)
- Exit the visitor reception, turn left and continue over the raised walkway to Market Place. There is a steep slope at the end of the walkway which overcomes the steps.
Keep left and continue along the walls to the entrance to the walled garden.
Go through the walled garden and at the end turn left.
Continue down the path to a path on the right which leads to The Orangery. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope and is step-free via a steep ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac, gravel and wood.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
- The visitor shuttle takes visitors to Market Place.
