You can borrow or hire the following mobility vehicles: a tramper. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance.

From the visitor trailer reception go straight ahead down the slope.
Continue to the right of the first building, going between a set of buildings.
The shop will be on the left when you reach the courtyard, to the right of the Courtyard Café.
The route to the area is step-free via a steep ramp/slope.
Path surfaces along the route are gravel and cobbles.
The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
There is no accessible shuttle to this area.

The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
The door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
The width of the door opening is 77cm.
Internally the door has a high colour contrast.
There is a small lip on the threshold of the doorway with a height of more than 1.5cm.
The majority of aisle widths are under 150cm.
All flooring in the shop is smooth and even.
There is step-free level access around the shop.
There is no (or very little) background noise here.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.
