Equipment and Resources to Borrow

- Sensory packs can be borrowed which include: ear defenders, fidget toys, sunglasses, activity sheets, soft toy and communication cards.
- Powered mobility vehicles cannot be borrowed or hired.
- Adult and child sensory packs are available.
Route to (Shop)
- Exit the car park at the front and follow the path down and to the left.
The entrance to the shop is ahead. - The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are tarmac and gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is no accessible shuttle to this area.
Entrance
- The entrance surveyed is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There is a single manual door which are permanently open.
- The width of the opening is 85cm.

- There is a second manual door which opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 88cm.

Shop
- There is step-free level access into the shop.
- The majority of aisle widths are under 150cm.
- All flooring in the shop is smooth and even.
- There is step-free level access around some of the shop.
- Access around the shop is via steps.
- There is no (or very little) background noise here.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.

- The steep slope is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with a handrail on the left going down.
- There is a single manual door which are permanently open.
- The width of the opening is 104cm.
- The entrance opening does not have a minimum height of 200cm.
- The entrance opening height is 187cm.
Toilet with Adaptations (Right Hand Transfer)
- This toilet is located in the male toilet area in front of the shop.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- This toilet is approximately 2m from the entrance to the male and accessible toilet area.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the door.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
